Mr. Beidler,

I want to express my sincere appreciation to you and Mr. Maloney for stepping up and helping us out with this assignment.  Mr. Maloney was able to get the affidavit from the witness on Saturday morning, which I thought was going to be a hopeless endeavor.  We at least have a fighting chance on our motion today, so you are both lifesavers.
