Exceptional

I just want to say the Phil has been exceptional on my recent claims with him.  Phil was prompt, thorough and very easy to work with.  The insured was extremely pleased as well.

This claim was a big claim and it has been the easiest one by far thanks to Phil.

Too many people complain and not enough people give praise.
