Edward Sullivan, Chris Venning, and Tom Greco are headed to this year’s PLRB conference.

Chris Venning and Tom Greco will be speaking on Handling Condominium and Cooperative Claims. The presentation outlines their experience and success with these claims including – resolving coverage and insurable interest questions, identifying motivations and effectively handling communication between multiple parties, establishing reconstruction budgets and handling supplements, and assessing time elements by handling additional living expenses and loss of business income claims

Chris Venning is our Property Claims Manager. Chris has over 20 years of experience handling Condominium and Cooperative Claims, Complex Loss adjustments, and as a conflict resolution specialist.

Tom Greco is a Senior General Adjuster with over 15 years of experience with Condominium and Cooperative Claims and specializes in handling Manhattan luxury Condo and Coop claims.
